About J & J Wonton Noodle House
J &J Wonton Noodle House opened in 1994 by
Head Chef Joseph Wong, the restaurant is a family run business,
bringing the authentic style of Chinese cooking from all over China.
Joseph has over 20 years of experience and has won countless number
of awards. He previously owned Szechuan Resturant in Victoria, he
then decided to re-challenge himself and opened J and J Wonton Noodle
House which has become more successful than his last endeavour.
Joseph has gone all over China and the world and
has accumulated many recipes and experience over the last 20 years.
From the different regions of China, he has learned how to prepare
some of the most exotic and esquisite dishes.
J & J Wonton Noodle House has daily specials
and always has fresh seafood and produce. Specialty dishes include
the Shark Fin Soup, Scallops, Creamy lobster, Szechuan Style Rack
of Lamb and more. Joseph hand picks all his produce, as he believes
in using nothing but the best. Joseph firmly believes that the best
produce will always help bring out the best taste for the dishes.
The restuarant is very unique, it features an open
kitchen. You can watch your dishes be prepared by Joseph and his
magnificent crew.
